This bowl was everything!!Every flavor and texture combo in one bowl savory sweet spicy crunchy tender soft creamy! I cant wait to try the lamb meat balls!

Cava is one of my favorite restaurants to visit in person. The bowls are always full and you really feel like you've gotten a great value for your money. Tonight, we ordered 4 bowls and I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am in what we received. Three of the four bowls were a little over half full qnd 1 bowl was less than half full. While I understand there are specific portions of each ingredient that are added to the bowl, there is no way that five pieces of romaine lettuce constitute a portion based on my experience of what would normally be served at the restaurant in person. I'm not quite sure what I received, but it definitely was not falafel as ordered. The inside was chewy and more like a white paste. Be careful when ordering Cava for delivery as you are definitely not going to get what you would normally get by visiting the store. Just for reference, I did take 5 or 6 bites from what's shown in the picture but normally you wouldn't even notice I had eaten any.

The Spicy Lamb + Avocado was good but the portion was TINY for the money and on top of that there was no avocado, which is part of the reason this bowl is more expensive than the other ones. Greyston Brownie was also much smaller than I thought it would be based on the price. Classic Pita Chips were great, but it's all around too expensive.

Sadly disappointed with the portion size. I ordered through doordash for convenience, but will only order through the CAVA app or at the restaurant going forward. It had little to no rice and not a lot of spinach. You get a bigger portion of the SAME thing when you order at the restaurant.
The best part about my meal was the flavor. The Harissa chicken is amazing, as well as the crazy feta.
I will definitely be ordering again, just not through doordash!

Does the food portions come directly out of the servers checks or something ? Wtf is going on here? I almost want to drive over to the restaurant how mad I am right now. The bowl was LESS THAN half full. The rice was HARD. I PAID for an extra portion of meat, extra lentils and some lettuce. They didnt give me ANY of them. The pita chips I paid for were literally BURNT. $40 after all the delivery fees + tip for an almost EMPTY bowl with terrible quality of the food that I actually received and I am still hungry....
