portion size of onion rings was too small. Only got 6 for a large order and they weren't even seasoned. same with mac n cheese, very small and no seasoning. will not be ordering again.

Am a new fan of Central! Other noteworthy BBQ restaurants here serve up somewhat greasy and fatty meat. Yes..... others are tasty..... but for us who are health conscious, this BBQ is both tender and tasty w/o being an artery clogger or heartburn issue. The sauce is zesty.... the coleslaw very crisp.... buns so fresh! The pulled pork for sandwiches is what we got... next up.... trying the ribs!
