Meat was incredibly greasy and undercooked. I have eaten at Central in Memphis and in Nashville many times and the meat has never been this like. Super disappointed was trying to introduce a friend to memphis bbq and this was a huge let down. There wasnt even enough meat for 6 sandwiches.
