Everything was excellent! I love that they did not add too much salt to the foods. The Gobi Manchurian, Hakka Noodles, Mixed Vegetable Sabji and the Mixed Vegetable Korma were very flavorful and the salt level was great! The garlic was great too! We had not mentioned the spice level, so everything was mild, so unsure if that is why the salt was also mild, but we will continue to order like that because we really appreciated the salt level. Most places add way too much salt. Thank you for keeping your patrons healthy.

Banarasi Meetha Paan was stale and tasted bitter (not Meetha)😐. We have noticed this is usually the case here at this location (Fremont) compared to the Sunnyvale store. Dal was ok - as always hardly to no salt which is off-putting 😕

The Bombay Pav Bhaji a whopping $13.99 item was absolutely terrible. Apparently they did not use real tomatoes and used some puree. It tasted so bad. Very sour and smelled like a can of tomato puree. No authentic taste at all. No butter or anything on the bhaji. Same with the tomato soup. It also tasted like made from purée. For the price you pay these days the quality is absolutely terrible. Chaat House is much better tasting than this one.

Vegetarian Indian food that is light and tasty. I was craving Dahi Batata Sev Poori, a nice indian cuisne snack. The poori was fresh and crispy, fillings abundant, and sauces tasty. Also tried the Makki Di Roti and Saag, not oily and nicely spiced.

Worst Pav Bhaji ever. Instead of using real tomatoes they used tomato puree and the whole thing smelled like opening a can of Tomato paste. Terrible quality. They charged a whopping $13.99 for it.
