Everything Everytime food is fresh and warm. Subs melt in your mouth, not greasy or sloppy. Bread baked just right! Only suggestion, please add spicey mustard as an item or condiment....it really sets the subs off! Wings are superb!

Highly disappointed with the BACON CHIPOTLE CHICKEN today. I get subs from here at least once a week. This is the first time I've ever been disappointed. It was all onions and lettuce. There was very little meat on it for a regular size sub.

3 orders in a row from this Charley's has been made wrong. This will be my last from them. They are worse than the McDonald's they share a parking lot with. From putting Mayo on cheesesteaks with "no mayo" to forgetting to put a side of cheese when it was ordered and paid extra for. To also paying a lot extra for a large sub and receiving a small. This location pays very little attention to whats ordered. They were dancing, joking with each other and acting like a bunch of unsupervised kids when I took my food back. If you want good Charley's subs just ride up a few miles to Whitemarsh Mall. That one is excellent. Definitely avoid the Rosedale one.

The CHICKEN PHILLY wasnt seasoned well the sandwich was dry. The CHEESE & BACON FRIES were cold and not much chese and bacon on it. The 6 PC BONELESS WINGS werent fried hard enough. Im very disappointed nothing was good about order.
