I've been waiting for Charley's Hilliard to open up for quite some time & they didn't disappoint! Two Days before Christmas, I didn't feel like fighting with the traffic, so was happy to see them available on Door Dash. The food was great , large portions and my order was correct. I got a small sandwich& it was more than enough. We will be back, as this was a great first experience. I really hope they keep up the excellent service as time goes on.

The fries were very good but the OLD SCHOOL CHEESESTEAK was just ok. I ordered extra cheese sauce but sandwich had almost no visible cheese. Couldn't taste any cheese either. My fountain drink had no ice left on delivery and drink was watery.

The last time I got this it was really good, they kinda overdo it on the hot sauce but it was good. This time it wasn't, they put the stem part of the banana pepper on my sandwich and seemed like they drenched my sandwich in hot sauce

I ordered an extra Steak and Provolone sub only and got onions, tomatoes, Lettuce and Mayo. It wouldn't be a big deal but these days a large sub is $22.17. Hard to give a generous review for ruining my lunch.
