• DoorDash orderFried Zuchhhini was amazing and fresh and I usually order a gyro and it's usually amazing but for some reason this time they didn't put the tzatziki sauce on it and it was so dry :(

• DoorDash orderCharlies Burgers is usually very good. They offer a wide variety of foods to choose from. We recently discovered Charlie's and have been eating there quite frequently.They have some great employees, who are willing to go above & beyond to take care of their customers, especially a young man who works the front counter. I wish I knew his name bcuz he definitely deserves recognition. Not sure what went wrong tonight in the The kitchen though!!!???
Bacon Cheeseburger modifications that I made to both of my DBC were not followed. I literally received dry buns with 2 dry meat patties, there was not even Bacon on the burgers and It seems like they just dumped a whole lot of seasoned salt on the fries, not sprinkled around, literally dumped in one spot!!
Really disappointing Charlie's! Especially when the kids are looking forward to a certain something and it's not what they wanted or what we paid for. Kitchen staff needs to pay closer attention to customers orders and food modifications.
