I read all the reviews, I looked at all the pictures carefully. I even called ahead and spoke to someone at the restaurant. I let them know it was my first time ordering and I just had a couple questions, which they answered. I ordered the rib tips with Mac and cheese and yams. It was SOOOOO good. The Mac and cheese was not overly cheesy and had a nice hint of seasoning but not over powering. The ribs tips were tender and the sauce was very good.
My daughter had the Fettuccini Alfredo with Shrimp and did not care for it but she was comparing it to mine. It's never better than mommas! She did half my Mac and cheese and had a few Rib Tips. She really enjoyed my food.
I will more than likely have left over tomorrow.
We will order again!

Ordered 8pc catfish plate and there was fried crumbs to fill up open space. Catfish is soggy in some areas and fried hard in others. Mashed potatoes were just alright but corn bread was extremly dry. Very disappointing meal and wont order again.

Very disappointed for the price. The meal was $27 which came to almost $40 total. The portions were extremely small. No utensils , no napkins , the bag barely weighed a pound. The meatloaf has alot of fillers and while it was tasty , it was extre overpriced.

This is awesome they put there foot in this the greens is spicy and good and the fish is crispy hot and just taste great... Thank you all the food I had from this restaurant have been one of Excellence... Yay Yay!!! In my California Voice...

The Catfish was good. The greens were delicious! The macaroni was a disappointment, tasted like vinegar. The red beans and rice tasted like overcooked boxed zattarans red beans and rice. The cornbread tasted reheated and dry. They are very stingy with hot sauce. Barely had any to enjoy! Won't be back.
