Roll was overcooked so much that it was stiff. I asked that the banana pudding [which is cold] be put in a separate bag, but it was put in the same bag as my HOT food!

Sigh. Charlie's Chicken, I opened up my 5 piece chicken chunk dinner and there was a teeny tiny container of potatoes and gravy and a teeny tiny container of green beans. One thing I like about you is that I always (before today) get a lot of potatoes and green beans! I only order from restaurants who give large portions and now you've gone teeny tiny.
Doordash costs an arm and a leg and I was trying to patronize your business. Not anymore. Potatoes are cheap and so are canned green beans! I could have gotten twice as many green beans from a can and it would have only cost me $1.
So it will be a long time before I order from you again. I work hard for my money and if you are going to be chintzy with your sides then I will patronize a restaurant like China King who gives very large portions instead! The food was good as always but the tiny portions have got to go if you want my hard earned money. 🤷🏼♂️

the chicken was hard like they were really old and the wedges tasted old. I was at work so sending back was impossible. Usually Charlie's is the go to cause they always satisfy but tonight we wondered what ole charlie was going through.

For the price, you won't find a better quality and deal combo. I checked around. The banana pudding is worth it.
