I think the taste should change, but what they did was very good. I recommend ordering the Tom Yum Kung soup, the green curry beef, and the grilled pork + sticky rice. The taste is very strong and spicy. Very well done. Charm Thai PDX.

Pad See Ew was super disappointing unfortunately. Barely any noodles, mostly all chicken and the chicken was tuff and tasted reheated at least once if not several times.
Tofu rolls were good tho.

Not too dry, not to soaked with sauce, overall lovely noodles! Would order again. Only thing I wish they had was more noodles per order!
