very poor service. went to pick up after getting the "ready for pick up" notification but they didn't even notice that the order has been placed. had to wait for a long time to get my order. it took nearly an hour to make my tea. people who came after me and placed their order at the counter got their order before me. so dissapointing. never going back. rude & inefficient staff. 😡😡

Hello I paid extra price for popping boba and there are pearls in it. It was a gift for my boyfriend who is recovering from wisdom tooth extraction and he cant have what u sent. Money wasted totally.
