Everything we ordered was great! Salted Caramel Milk Tea [COLD] , Matcha Strawberry Latte and Earl Grey Milk Tea [COLD] were all delicious and we would definitely get again!

Honestly just tried them for first time and OH MY GOD BEST BUBBLE TEA IVE EVER TRIED EVER......
Best in Hamilton i think & Ive Tried pretty much every bubble tea place in Hamilton But Nothing Beats Chatime...... #Bestbubbleincity :) <3
I Wont Go To anywhere else now im amazed at how even for first time it was damn amazing for first time loved it .....

The black tea was so bland, it didn't taste like tea at all. The photo on the menu showed a brown drink, and mine was white. It was the worst chatime drink I've ever had. The strawberry drink was fine, my kids were happy, but there really should be an option to remove toppings -- my kids hated the coconut jelly, and it was a huge waste.
