• DoorDash orderI ordered the option with least ice, yet more than a quarter of my cup was filled with ice, had to take out the ice myself, and when i did, the drink is reduced by a significant amount, why am i ordering a large to have you fill it with ice? Only had 2 sips and it's already half empty. Not cool...

• DoorDash orderBubble tea is always good but don't any of the deserts. They have frozen deserts (they don't make them) and the cheesecake came ice cold which is not supposed to be the case for japenese cheesecake.
