• DoorDash orderHave ordered before with no issues. This time however, I was missing a whole meal, all the drinks, AND a fry. I'm not one to be upset about this but that is about $25+ missing there. Wish I could give them a better review, food was good, but again, didn't get my whole order.

• DoorDash order10 pc bbq 10 Piece Classic Wings tasted like burnt/smoke and only 2/3 wings were fully covered in sauce. Fries and motz sticks were good

• DoorDash orderthe swiss burger was mushy!! the bread was soggy!! the Fully Loaded Fries was dry and hard!! I mean crispy hard like they've been sitting out. now I have ordered from Rally's numerous times and this is the first and worst I've ever seen!! whoever worked the night shift tonight needs to be written up!! Nasty!!Double Mushroom Swiss Big Buford® Combo. the cheese on the Double Mushroom Swiss was hard as well!!
