Cakes arrived frozen solid with frost on them. Straight out of the freezer. If I wanted frozen cakes I would have bought them at Costco.

cake came in an open paper bag. not tamper proof. one of the cakes i had to throw out, it tasted like freezer burn. one slice had the tip of it cut off. my first time experience with this company was receiving pre frozen tampered with cake.
