Perfectly cooked eggplant. Balanced flavors of ginger and garlic.Would be ideal if you can specify spice level. Bit spicer would be even better

I used to order this dish a lot and loved them. I understand things are more expensive, but you also increased the price. In the recent time, this dish is filled with 100% fatty meats (used to be about 20% fatty) and it is uneatable.

The chongqing 重庆 辣子 鸡 / Chongqing Popcorn Chicken is perfect, 10/10 I finally found a place that isn't afraid to use a good amount of sichuan peppercorn
