My fav restaurant. i can't stop eating here. gotta get tan tan noodles. I love deep fried tofu. you have to get things with the Szechuan peppercorns! so good

I ordered here because I had a craving for 13. Mapo Tofu 麻婆豆腐 but I found the white pepper flavor on this one really over powering.

The mapu 13. Mapo Tofu 麻婆豆腐 was spicy to the point of tasting like battery acid and the tofu was not cut to right size to make it a pleasurable texture. The chemical aftertaste made it flavorless.
The potstickers were good but also lacked flavor. Th rice was dry.

The shredded pork with dried bean curd is my favorite dish. The pork, firm and dried tofu, and crunchy julienned bell peppers contrast well in taste and texture. The dish is slightly under seasoned, but I add a little sea salt and all the flavors pop.

Adventurous eaters will be rewarded - the Beef Tendon in Chili Sauce and Stir-fried Pork Kidney are excellent. Also highly recommend the Stir-fried Pea Sprouts. Spicy dishes aren't messing around, but they tend to be the best things on the menu.
