The meat is too thin on the Chi Tea Classic, especially with how much is costs, but the Seasoned Fries and Side of Cheese are good. So far this place reminds me of Steak n Shake if they had a few more toppings options and jacked up the prices but the quality is pretty much the same.

By the time my smoothie arrived, everything was melted. Drinks were way overly sweet. I would definitely recommend to get half of the sweetness if you decide to order from here. The banana pudding was definitely not worth five dollars. There was only two pieces of banana in it a little sprinkle of cookie crumbs. I did not try any of the other food. But probably would not go with this place again.

Thin meat, barely any lettuce and the lettuce in the pi sincimisleading since it looks like Romain lettuce and what you get is shredded lettuce. The honey cup was half filled and the fries were sub par.

We enjoyed the Pistaschio and Mango Boba Drinks, The Big Bird and Chi Tea Chi Tea Classic Burger was also good. The Banana Pudding was a far cry from what is pictured and described on the menu. The bananas were not fresh, the portion given was small. Took two bites, and it just didn't taste good enough to eat more.

This is not the first time I ordered chicken loaded fries from chi tea,
Last time some of the chicken were uncooked
This time chicken is extremely stale and dry, portion is less,
Fries are not good at all
Extremely disspointed by the food quality.
Chi tea is really good usually. But i dont know whats going on at schaumburg's location
