I always get the chicken nuggets and they're prob my favorite out of all fast food chains. Waffle fries are sometimes bland/not salted enough. The milkshakes are delicious too tho they're a bit pricey.

The kale salad side was pretty small. But it was very delicious especially with grilled nuggets added. The kale salad side was just not worth the price I would say.

The salad didnt seem fresh. The lettuce was warm, they should also consider cooking the dressing. No one likes warm/hot salads they are supposed to be refreshing.

I’m a regular Chick-fil-A customer, but honestly, this was the first time I’ve ever had such a terrible experience. The sandwich I ordered was hands down the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken smelled old and rotten — it was honestly nauseating. The oil tasted stale and just ruined everything. I think this might be the last time we eat at Chick-fil-A.
I’m really sorry to leave a one-star review because we’ve always enjoyed the food before, but this level of quality is just not okay.
