It's not the first time, but there is sometimes a bit of a spoiled or unpleasant taste on parts of the chicken in the sandwiches. It has happened a few times. When it happens it isn't ever the entire sandwich, so I eat around that issue. But I shouldn't have to eat around it to find other parts that are okay and that has happened at various locations. I love the store on LaCienega & Centinela because they fry the chicken sandwich perfectly, well done, nice rich brown color and perfectly crunchy. I wish they would change their pickles. They're ok but dehydrated not juicy and not pickley flavored enough, and that's for all store locations (should change the pickles)! Other than that EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BOMB ICE CREAM AND LEMONADE, ALL THE TIME!

The egg white grill was not put together it was messy and egg white was small... I have gotten them at store on La Cienga and Cadallic and it was very good eggwhite was fluffy and the chicken couldnt find it (Itwas very small.)

The Chocolate Chunk Cookieolate Chunk Cookie we're old and hard they looked great but you couldn't even bite them they must have laid there all day wasted all my money
Milk shake wasn't blended so between the peaches and whatever else base there was in there were chunks and not drinkable

It's fast food soup... im not sureifni was better off ordering at Panera tbh . The "stock/soup" was very thick and viscous? Like a gravy? It was weird. Wiukdnt be surpised if it was canned, allt of noodles and barely any chicken.
