This is the 2nd time this week that I've spent 30+ dollars and the chicken was over fried all too crispy. Cannot serve this 2 my little ones. This store just remodeled but sure need a change in their cook staff.

Lately, we have had issues with not receiving items that we paid extra for and some of the items we did receive were only partially full . This is not what we have come to expect from Chick-fil-A based on past experiences but unfortunately it is becoming fairly common now.
