Location was good. Corporate is a thief!!
The $17 chicken nuggets meal is a HUGE disappointment. I paid extra to have the 12 nuggets, large waffle fries and large sweet tea. We had planned to share some of this. There are actually only 10 waffle fries in the large order. 10. It was half full!! So clearly this is a rip off. The nuggets are very small and so much is breading not meat. The tenders were also small and cooked way too well done. Again breading to meat ratio was not good. Many parts were too crunchy to eat.
:( The only good item was the sandwich bc the patty was tender and the amount of chicken to sandwich was yummy.
All in all too much cost for such little food. I will go to other restaurants in the future because for this cost you shouldn't be hungry when you're done eating. This is way more expensive than fast food should be. Obviously this is a corporate fail. The restaurant itself packed it well and fulfilled the order fine. I'm just not happy with the quality and lack of substance. There are many locally owned businesses in the area that actually provide what we are paying for. Not worth the hype Chick-fil-a.

It's not every experience with Chick-fil-a, but my most recent experiences have been disappointing.
Sauces missing (and most items don't already come with sauce on them, so when they forget your sauces you have a very dry sandwich) but even the portions have become inconsistent now, I usually order a large fry but never finish them, but both times now that I've ordered medium fries it's half empty and looks like it would be a kids portion I don't understand how something like a half empty container of fries slips through in orders multiple times so unfortunately I think supervision/quality commitment is slipping. Disappointing since it's the only chick-fil-a in the area, but Manchester has some good chicken restaurants as well. Hopefully something changes as I don't think I'd continue to order from this location when I'm paying a lot of money to not get my full order

For the very 1st day of "Winter" really needing some (Hot Comfort Food) !
Fast forward to Chick-fil-A's, chicken noodle soup & got exactly what I was craving, the soup was very flavorful, enough carrots and the egg noodles made it perfect.
Added in two Cool Wraps, and my meal was complete.

Market Salad and Cobb Salad salad were fresh and delicious as always. Mac and Mac & Cheese was chef kiss delicious. Delivery was FAST and perfect. Thank you

I ordered through "DoorDash" it arrived in a timely fashion & everything was correct and @ a "Perfect Tempurature, employees even gave me the requested amount of condiments !
