My first delivery where I encountered an issue out of many orders. Fries were cold and hard. The coke was flat and they forgot the dessert altogether. The sandwiches ×4 were still hot, so it was not a total loss.

The sandwich was salty and overcooked. The hash browns were hard and overcooked. Never experienced bad food from you guys like this before.

I ordered a Spicy Chicken Biscuit; the biscuit was already falling apart in the wrap. I tried to keep the biscuit in tact; but, to no avail. However, the Chicken, Egg & Cheese Biscuit was in fact and the tator tots were good.
