I have ordered the chicken noodle soup 3 times already and I love it so much. Everyone's taste buds are different. So unlike one review, I did not think it was overly salty. After tasting it, I even added salt, pepper, and even saltines to my chicken noodle soups I ordered. I have also ordered the grilled chickd sandwich with bacon, cheese, tomato and pickles. It's so good. I add honey roasted barbeque sauce and then dip it in chick fil a sauce. Since they only gave me 2 packs of honey roasted barbecue sauce and they are small. I prefer that barbecue sauce over the regular barbecue sauce. I never have any issues with my food or my order. I do wish they would check to make sure the diet lemonade is actually diet. The "diet" button is never pushed and too much sugar can make me very sick. So far I have been fine. TIP: If you think the chicken noodle soup is too salty, adding a little bit of water and mixing it should help. A little bit as in a tablespoonor leasat a time. I however think it tastes fine, but not everyone taste buds are equal. It not Chick Fil A's fault. I ordered the soup around the same day, and again, when the Bad Review was posted and my chicken noodle soup was fine. I checked it each time to make sure it was "too salty" before adding my own seas and saltines to it. At one point I did not use salt. I dont normally, but I added a little bit of it to my soup. The diet lemonade and their lemonade in general has pulp. Which I LOVE. I have been ordering their lemonade for years now, so I knew that already. But I didn't know it the first time I ever got it. I love pulp, but I know there are people who do not. The chicken nuggets are always great, the yogurt is so yummy too, and I used to get the side of fruit and Kale salad and they were always good too. When I order, I order something to eat for the next day too. I cannot eat much, so when I do order my food, it is used for multiple meals. I also love their ice but you cannot order a bag of ice on DoorDash currently, only in person. I have ordered their lemonade grilled chicken patty by itself and the grilled chicken nuggets, for salads and they're good too.
Overall my experiences have never been negative. My food is always on time and my orders are always correct. Sometimes I dont have enough sauces, and my food isnt as hot. But it has been very cold outside and that is not their fault. I just heat up my soup in the microwave so it is hot, rather than warm. I keep my sandwich and salad (or any other items) in the fridge until im ready to eat them.

All of the above were delicious. Sandwich was nice and warm-hot and tasted good as usual. Fries were just like usual. Drink as well.

The Chicken Noodle Soup is Terrible! It tasted like they poured a whole salt shaker, in the pot when they cooked it. I will Never order this ever again from Chick-fil-A!
