My Chicken Tortilla Soup was mostly beans there wasn't any chicken in the soup and I added my own tortilla strips. I was very disappointed. I used to enjoy the soup but lately I am continuously disappointed.

the Spicy Southwest Salad was made horribly with iceberg lettuce,chicken looks plastic. I ordered the spicy chicken i was given regular. Not up to normal chicken fila standards.

finally you salted your fries, any other time they are never salted, and for some reason it's only when it's doordashed
