The chicken sandwiches were over cooked or the grease was bad, fries were horrible!

Help me understand how I ordered just one meal but got 2 fries and not my Polynesian sauce. Attention to detail is still crucial with customer service. From an older fast food manager im not pleased at all to a dry sandwich and nothing to dip my medium fries in....
