The lettuce, tomato, and cheese really did nothing for the flavor of the chick -fil -a sandwich. Soup was so thick it was more like stew

The chicken on the biscuit was extremely greasy and had soaked the biscuit through. I believe this is the only meal I've ever had and been disappointed in when it comes to CFA.

This is the second time I've ordered from this store and my order is wrong. My extra filet is missing (once again) and they still keep adding tomatoes and peppers even after I've taken them off the order.
