This Chick Fil A in Annapolis location is horrible when it comes to preparing food. They keep dashers waiting for a while. The waffle fries are old and some are cold. Poor job on their part! Probably not going to order anything from this location again. This is second time that has happened.

The waffle fries were old and the bbq chicken sandwich was not tender. This location did a bad job. I had way better quality in other locations. Plus the wrong drink. Do better!

For $21 I was pretty disappointed tonight. Everything was burned and the fries were cold and burned. The soda wasn't even filled all the way.
