This store consistently has issues, most of the time they forget an entire meal. They do well you have a small order but anything over 2 people, they forget something. It is disappointing because most of the other stores take time to ensure everything is there. I hope they fix it.

The fries appear to have been old, possibly made a large batch and left them there. Disappointing.

I ordered after dark, and I received very tiny nuggets which looked like leftover burned up batter. I was very disappointed. Waffle fries are great.
