Chick-fil-A is usually great but this time was really a let-down. The fries were half full with all the sauces piled on top so they were soggy and all smushed together and I also never received the peppermint shake I ordered.

The chicken strips were overcooked. The fries were cold. The Mac and cheese was tasteless. They gave me scraps.

The lettuce in my salad was wilted. I took a picture i wish i could upload it. Brown lettuce is awful. The mac and cheese used to be good but now it tastes like box mac and cheese. The kale crunch was good. No straw for my lemonade so i have to taje the lid off and drink. There was no napkins
