Lately I've had a lot of issues with not getting my complete order or missing things like the almonds for the kale crunch salad, missing desserts I ordered, wrong drink etc. Also they aren't massaging the kale like they used to and as it needs to be done so the kale isn't hard, also not enough dressing on the kale salad either.

Cobb salad was top tier and they added a nice amount of every ingredient (portion wise) will def order again!

Got Chick-fil-A® Nuggets Meal around 1pm, last time i got this it was delicious around 11am or so. Today the chicken was dry and hard to chew and so were the fries, like they had been sitting drying out and old.

Embarrassing for a Chick-Fil-A. Grilled nuggets inedible, salad not full. Just a terrible experience and waste of money.
