the quality at the tulsa hills location has been slipping for a while. we ordered a 30 count Chick-fil-A® Nuggets and the nuggets were barely cooked all the way. my husband ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that was also underdone. however, the Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® were delicious and the Chicken Noodle Soup was great too.

What is going on??? Chick-fil-A is a go-to for good food. Of course, yogurt was good, Cobb Salad was good (added my own t cherry tomato) but the chicken nuggets were dry, cold and very brown. Like restaurant needs an oil change. Can't recommend! Aw'com'on chicken is in the name!!???

I had a DoorDash order that I purchased it was $96 They did not add one of the sandwiches but they put the fries and drink. The bag was sealed so I know they packed the order wrong. I had to drive to the store to get that sandwich for my kid. I got there and told them the issue and said they couldn't do anything... I got a refund through DoorDash but I still drove out 20mins though I paid $20 in delivery. They could not give me a sandwich for the hassle. I never have a problem with Chick-fil-A so I know this is a management issue. I wouldn't recommend this location
