I'm a big fan, but growing increasingly disappointed in the decreasing size of the chicken sandwiches. Just a few months ago, the chicken filets were significantly larger than they are now. They've shrunk, while the price has gone up. Good sandwich, but not the value it used to be.

The food was pretty good just not quite good enough for 5 stars on this trip. The sweet tea was great,the waffle fries were amazing, the spicy chicken sandwich had a good taste just the bottom part of the bun got a bit soggy. Not sure why it happened this time as I never had that happen before.

I guess I just dont get the hipe. After trying Chic-fil-et for the second time in two different states I'm done. The chicken is not that great. The bun is nothing special. The mac and cheese had brown burn spots. The waffle fries are good thats why I gave 3 stars. The sandwich and mac went in the trash.

Always 5 stars when I order here via Door Dash, only had 1 instance where the order was done wrong but they sent me a new one that was perfect for free.

Haven't had a bad experience when I go to pickup but there's almost always something wrong when I order delivery. This time, my Chick-fil-A® Nuggets were burnt. Everyone likes a crispy chicken nugget, but these were just straight burnt. I've also gotten chicken with barely any breading on it, almost bare. I've gotten them chewy, yet hard at the same time? like a refrigerated gummy bear. Chocolate Chunk Cookie is always enjoyable, I get it every time. Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® are the best fast food fries idc what anyone say
