I paid for extra chicken nuggets in my salad which was a $6.09 fee for extra nuggets and I didn't get those. I also paid for a large drink. They gave me a small drink and the drink is nasty. My fries are cold my sandwiches cold I usually don't have these problems with this Chick-fil-A so I don't understand what happened tonight, but I would like a refund for my chicken nuggets and my drink.

$6.00 for a small milkshake is ridiculous. There was no option to change the size of the milkshake either. I assumed it would be the regular large milkshake that I've ordered in the past. However, it came in a small cup without whipped cream or a cherry.

My mini's were just thrown together and the bread is falling apart. I have never had a problem with Chick-Fil-A. Very disappointed!

I paid 6 bucks each fir 3 shakes that are smalls. There wasn't even an option for size on the app. Plus the peach shakes both taste like straight vanilla and the brownies are literally an inch wide,2 inches long for almost $3?!?!? I want a refund
