so many quality issues recently. hard fries, bricks for brownies, holes in milkshake cups, weird textured chicken. it's not going well

Ummm...I usually never have complaints about chick-fil-a because stuff is always on point. Unfortunately, today was not that kind of day. For starters, my fries were incredibly overcooked and no longer warm. I know with delivery, you run the risk of your food arriving to you at room temperature, but overcooked AND cold - it's disappointing, to say the least. Secondly, I got plenty of sauce, but it was all the wrong kind! I couldn't even soften these overly crispy waffle discs with sauce, because it was sauce I don't like. 😩

Ordered 2 large fries but when we received our food the only thing large were the boxes. The fries were about the size of small fries. Not to mention this actually happened both times we ordered chickfila from this store but i didnt say anything the first time.

food was not fresh like usual & i only live 5 min done the road , bread was hard & chicken didnt taste cooked all the way . the hashbrowns were burnt
