No sauce my drink was wrong and my fries were the wrong size

The soup was so good and really hot , and surprisingly did not spill , the sandwich was good as well. However my fries were cold , and not a little cold from the drive but cold cold I ended up not eating them. Other than that everything was fine and all requested condiments were in the bag.

The kale salad did not have a balanced about of kale and toppings. It felt and tasted like it was made lazy fries were cold.
