The Middletown store insist in only filling the parfait 1/2 way even when you complain.
All other locations fill to top. We have now filed complaint with local corp and corp

I NEVER thought I would be leaving a negative review of this business. The large mac n cheese was barely half full. I am not a greedy person but it was not shareable. My spicy chicken sandwich was burnt. Besides looking burnt, it tasted burnt and smelled like old oil.

I don't know if my dasher took half of the brownies or chick-fil-a forgot to fill the box but $15 for half of the box to be full was disappointing.

I have a nut allergy and I asked for no nits and I got nuts. I order large fries and got a large container with 1/4 of the box filled. I should have just ordered a small since I got less than that.
