chicken was too hard to eat. mac n cheese was dry and hard. disgusting. idk what happened to their quality but its bad

The food arrived really quickly! Everyone liked their meals, especially the Market Salads with grilled chicken. Next time I might try the fried chicken because the grilled chicken was a little dry. Loved the waffle fries!

Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® Usually the fries are pretty good, but today they kind of tasted a bit old, like they had sat out for a bit. Maybe it's because it's later in the day, but, I was really craving some fresh, crispy fries. :( Either way, can't complain too much!
The Chicken Noodle Soup was DELISH though!

This location in Pico Rivera skimps out on the amount of Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® if you order a Large they will only fill it half way like a size small/medium. Maybe if more people say something the managers will do something about it.

Not sure why you'd allow special requests if you're not going to follow them. I paid extra for a large fry and received a regular size. I also asked for light ice in my drink and I got more ice than beverage.
