Parfait was good as always. I like to order my scramble bowl but this time there was not much in the bowl. My vanilla iced coffee was unfortunately missing the vanilla. Hopefully next time things will be better with food quality and accuracy.

Deluxe sandwich was spicy and should not have been while the spicy sandwich was supposed not have any vegetables yet had them all. Worst order from chick fil a ever.

Always good food, but the quality is starting to dip.
The size of the filets is not the same as it was pre pandemic.
The customer service is getting worse. Very seldom do I hear "My Pleasure" from them.
I ordered this, and my jelly packet was bursted open. I KNOW Chick fil a can do better. The main draw for Chik has always been how their customer service and attitude/ attention to detail has set them apart from every other chain.
I want that back. I want them to be and do better. I know that they can.
