chicken was burnt and the bread was insanely stale. the fries were hard and have been sitting out for a while it felt like a hockey puck with grease inside

The driver delivered my food on time, but the sandwich was completely cold. The mac & cheese, which is a size medium has about four bites of mac & cheese in it, about half the container filled, and also very cold. And the cookie I ordered arrived as a brownie. Disappointing.
