Quality has dropped real low. Chicken mini buns should be soft, these were hard. Like going stale hard. Sausage egg and cheese were dripping grease. Chicken is still good but all in all, the quality of food is dropping down to mcdonalds level.

A few of us wanted to settle debate and ordered spicy chicken sandwiches from 6 famous local chains and we all voted unanimously for Chick-fil-A® Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal ...it was obvious. Good job!

My chicken sandwichs are always fresh and hot and my fries also! sometimes they forget my straw but it's okay. Overall chick-fil-A is my go-to!

Their chicken bisuits/samdwiches have chicken the size of a chicken nugget now. Shrinkage is getting INSANE.
