I regret to say that I will not be ordering from this location again. I spent $60 and was thoroughly disappointed with the overall quality of the meal. In all my experiences with Chick-fil-A, I have never encountered food of such substandard quality. The chicken patty appeared to be old, the fries were cold and excessively salted—as if salt had simply been poured into the container—and the lemonade consisted mostly of pulp and ice, making it nearly undrinkable. The current state of food preparation and quality control is unacceptable, and I would expect the general manager to be deeply concerned by these issues.

Very poor quality. Wrap was old with hard chicken and dark, soggy lettuce. Soda was flat. Surprised at how much the quality here has declined. Will not order from this store again.

The bun on the Grilled Spicy Deluxe Meal sandwich was dry and fell apart, the chicken just isn't the same it used to be and lettuce was wilted. The Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® were cold and soggy, had to put them in the air fryer. The side salad had bad salad. I paid extra to have delivered straight to me, a mile away and driver waited for my food yet it wasn't fresh

I recently ordered delivery from Chick-fil-A, mainly looking forward to their usually delightful salads. However, this time my experience was far from satisfactory. The Cob salad I received was a letdown in terms of freshness and overall quality. It lacked the crispness and flavor I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A's offerings. The ingredients seemed lackluster and not as described in the menu.
On a positive note, the delivery was prompt, and the packaging was up to standard. But the main component of my meal, the salad, unfortunately failed to meet the mark. Having had better experiences in the past with Chick-fil-A, this was an unexpected drop in quality.
Despite this, I believe in giving second chances and hope this incident was just an off day for them. I would consider ordering again if there are assurances of improved quality. My rating for this particular experience would be 1
