got a #1 - 4 Express Tender Combo fries and sweet tea were good, however instead of 4 actual tenders, I got 4 miniature, over cooked pieces that usually end up at the bottom of the bag. Could only eat 2 before I had to throw the others away.

This was the EORST EVER!! I stopped ordering a few years ago. Gave it another chance. The chicken 🐔 liver order wasn't even livers... 6 for 11.99$!Crumbs of leftor over fried stuff. Cynthia blamed Doordarshan!!! They don't go into the kitchen and cook!! So sad in this economy. Try to support local restaurants in the neighborhood. Putting the blame on Doordarshan and me???? The food preparation people should think..."Would I pay 11.99$ for this and add all the delivery fees??? Would they be content and feel this is acceptable???

The chicken liver and gizzards combo is excellent , cooked to perfection the mac and cheese was dry , the coleslaw was so fresh and the roll was soft !

This was my first time having Chicken Express and my overall experience was great. Crispy dark meat chicken that was fresh, hot and truly crispy. Good mashed potatoes with gravy. The cheese sticks were good, nothing special about them, but good.

The 4 pc. Tenders were old and cold. Fries soggy and greasy. Only got a half cup of gravy should have been a full cup. Not good at all. I am to disappointed
