My hushpuppies were burnt and could not be eaten. I bought a family order and they all were extremely burnt. Three of the 4 chicken strips were dry and couldn't be eaten. I had special instructions for no white gravy and it was included on my mash potatoes. I also asked for no ice in my drink and I received ice.

The only thing i somewhat enjoyed is that they at least included seasoning salt in the order. First off the portions were mostly small. I got 7 pieces but 3 of them were average sized and the other 4 were so small one of them was literally a spoonful of chicken. The mashed potato and mac & cheese i got were ok in taste but small in portion, they could use some more salt (that's why i asked for seasoning salt) and the price is just ridiculous. $21 for 7 pieces of small mediocre chicken tenders and sides is not worth it. Praying that the next natural disaster to hit Texas, this restaurant gets obliterated.

I love chicken. I ordered 4 spicy chicken tenders with  a a roll and gravy. It was so delicious. Chicken Express is the best!
