Manager Lori was AMAZING in communicating that the DoorDash deal wasn't available and was so kind! Chicken was hot and delish...and if you haven't had the fried pickles, you are missing out!!!

Portions seem to have gotten smaller. Family side was 3 containers, each maybe 6 oz each. It use to be a quart. Added mashed potato's to order for ~ $3.50, it was a single 6 oz container. 8 piece chicken was 3 wings, 2 legs/thighs ea, 1 breast. It use to be 2 of each.
Use to love Chicken Express - not so much anymore.

Flavor was good, just disappointed because they got our sides wrong. Which is weird cause I ordered right, but they have it wrong on paper receipt.

Received very little food for the money spent. Took a pic. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering and taking the chance in the future.
