Worst experience with this store! They forgot my tea and my okra when I called to let them know and ask if I could pick up thenitemsi paid for the lady italked to was absolutely hateful! She said the dasher must have stolen my okra but the bags were still completely sealed so he couldn't have. I have never had any issues with this store and hopefully this employee was just having a bad night but refusing to allow me to speak to a manager, being hateful, blaming the dasher who was awesome and very apologetic, then hanging up on me is uncalled for and so unprofessional. I hope I'm the only one who got this service and this isnt a regular thing. We love this store! Im sad to say we wint be going back for awhile.
