the chicken is sometimes tough with a hard crust. the napkins are laid on top of the chicken and are soaked with grease.

Not only did they try saying my order was canceled , when they finally realized it wasn't they forgot my mashed potatoes, didn't make my fried crispy like requested - they weren't even regular. Completely water. Disgusting. They didn't give me my roll, they gave me a biscuit. I am a very loyal customer but the prices are already so high, especially being on doordash. So the fact i didn't even get my order correct and half of it was inedible just infuriates me. I hope they fix these issues. I'm very disappointed
