• DoorDash order$60 for two meals. The fish tasted like old oil and the fried pickles werent burnt to a crisp. There was no pickle left. Literally inedible. Not sure why they thought they were okay to serve.

• DoorDash orderThe tea was supposed to be 1/2 and 1/2 but had a weird, fishy taste. First time I've ever complained about their tea!!!! The chicken crust was weird too! Not like a real crust. Was like it was one big hard piece. Not sure ehats going on.

I'm giving a lower rating because of the quality checks. The food is always freash and worth the value. However, the staff does not double check the order is complete. This is the second time part of the order is missing. This causes part of the family I'm ordering from to be left out. I can also place part of the blame on the dasher. If you receive an order that calls for 4 drinks and you only get three...something is missing within the order. (But it is not their job to do quality checks) The packaging does not give the dasher availability to review the whole thing, so ultimately the staff needs to verify that all items are included. Recommending...pick up your order so it is right.

• DoorDash orderI was really sad my roll was extremely hard. I asked for my side to be 8 Corn Nuggets and asked for an additional 8 Corn Nuggets and didn't get them I was really sad about my food because I love chicken express. My drink was an Arnold Palmer and it was watery
