Hainanese Chicken Rice always used to come with the delicious chilli as well as soup. No extras now = lack of flavour. Hope they reconsider this change as it's a dealbreaker for me going forward.

No soup broth and no sauce for the crispy chicken rice. Portion of chicken was little and too much rice. Amount of portion for chicken and rice are not balanced. Taste of the food is acceptable. Rice was hard to eat. I don't like the texture of the rice.

used to give out the soup when you ordered delivery. now they don't give it. the chicken rice is dry without the soup
