The Chicken was overcooked, dry and tasted burnt. The ribs were dry, chewy and cold.
The potatoes were dry and flavorless.
The coleslaw was okay.
The fried Mushrooms were the best part of the meal.
So very disappointing considering we've been customers for near 30 years. I had hoped my previous unsatisfactory experience had been a fluke. Unfortunately, it's not.

I've ordered in the past from chicken shack and today it was the absolute best it's ever been the portion was large the taste was amazing and fresh I would definitely order from here again

Ordered sixteen pieces of barbecued chicken with two sides and paid seventy dollars.... I get chicken with no barbecue sauce and small sides

Food quality is good and stays warm enough where it is a good option for delivery but this particular Chicken Shack is extremely stingy when it comes to providing ranch.
For example we ordered the 5 piece tenders and they gave us one tiny ranch for the entire dinner. And when we selected the extra sauce we received no extras. And when you pay for an extra for $1.50 which is outrageous, you get one tiny sauce.
